TELLURIDE – Telluride Chief Marshal James Kolar reported Saturday morning that the Telluride Marshal’s Department, assisting the United States Marshal’s Service on a Thursday, Oct. 10 raid of the town’s Shandoka Apartment complex, was unsuccessful in locating Robert Barragan, the object of the raid.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Barragan, who is still at large.
