What do you like best about Telluride?

The small town atmosphere and friendly people

What would make for a better Telluride?

If (all) dog owners would take their dogs on a leash instead of letting them out to do their stuff on their own, we might have less poop and Telluride would look (and smell) better to locals and tourists.

What would make for a more sustainable Telluride?

Each person doing one small thing can make a difference. Example: Bring your own mug to buy take-away coffee or take your own to-go container for left over food at the restaurant. Result? Less waste going to landfill..

On a national level what would be change you could believe in?

Health insurance that promotes wellness care for all.

Is there any one question that you often ask yourself?

"Am I treating people the way I want to be treated?" This question helps me find my center and be calm, even in the most intense situations. It’s rewarding for instance, to stop and help a tourist on the street to better understand our parking system or give someone directions. It’s important to not always be in such a hurry to accomplish a task.
