TELLURIDE – The Telluride Film Festival's annual Sunday at the Palm Halloween Celebration will feature the Oscar-winning (Best Animated Feature) Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit (2005, 85 minutes, Rated G). The free show will screen Sunday, Oct. 24 at 4 p.m. Wallace and Gromit features the voice talents of Ralph Feinnes and Helena Bonham Carter. “Whimsical, funny and endlessly inventive,” writes Roger Ebert of the Chicago Sun Times. He considers Wallace and Gromit to be "arguably the two most delightful characters in the history of animation.”

A “hare-raising adventure” for all kids and kids-at-heart, this is a perfect opportunity to give those Halloween costumes a test drive and to practice the art of “trick-or-treating,” as there will be treats for everyone following the film. Follow the cheese-loving inventor Wallace and his brilliant dog Gromit as they try to stop the “Were-Rabbit” from devouring the town’s prize-winning produce before the annual Giant Vegetable Competition!

“You will laugh yourself silly!” – Peter Travers, Rolling Stone.

Sunday at the Palm is presented by The Telluride Film Festival, The Telluride Foundation, the Palm Theatre and the Telluride R1 School District.
