The Third Annual Telluride Horror Show, the Oct. 12-14 horror film festival, has announces part of this year’s lineup. Named one of the "20 Coolest Film Festivals" in 2011 by Moviemaker Magazine, screens an average of 20 feature films and more than 25 shorts, and hosts special programs, special guests and the kickoff Pig Roast.

A seedy bar owner hires a mysterious Croatian to commit murder, but a planned double-crossing backfires when a young waitress is taken hostage. A suspenseful, yet darkly humorous chain of events builds to a bloodcurdling climax.

Immigrant mother (Marta Milans) works as a cleaning woman at an old New York City restaurant in order to make enough money to pay for her sick son’s operation. She struggles to escape, and return to her son before the evil within the dark walls drives her completely mad.

A failed writer returns to his home village in rural Spain when the locals decide to "honour" him for his work. As soon as he arrives, he realizes all eyes are on him, but not necessarily because of his literary success. It turns out that for over 100 years, a monstrous werewolf has been terrorizing the village. The only way to free the place from the curse is to feed the beast with a member of the Mariño family and the town's just arrived guest "happens" to be a perfect candidate for this.

A disparate group of young urban offenders and their care workers embark on a community service weekend in the strange, remote Yorkshire village of Mortlake, which prides on keeping itself to itself. When a narcissistic American filmmaker discovers the Murphys, an Irish family with an undead son, he jumps at the opportunity to document their story. The family faces the wrath of their neighbors and a local crime boss and as riots against the family climax, the Murphys struggle to answer the question, "Does blood run thicker than water?" One thing is for sure: for the zombies in Ireland, the famine is definitely over.
