Thank you so much to the 110 people who came to our opening exhibition and sale on Saturday at the Ridgway Library. The turnout was gratifying and amazing. Despite flash flood warnings, four inches of standing water near Dutch Charlie and big draws like Blues and Brews, so many of you came out to support Natalie and Dave.

The library is a wonderful venue for viewing art. It was almost magical when we turned out some of the lights so Dave's lamps could be seen casting their warm glow over the guests.  Looking across the shelves to see ranchers pushing up the brims of their hats to get a closer look at Natalie's branding photos brought a big smile to my face.  The awestruck look on the face of a girl about 6, as she touched the "Beaver Chew" Aspen Lamp made the evening complete.  It was like hosting the best kind of big party – little or no clean up afterwards!

For those of you who are planning to stop by, the exhibit is open through mid-November and every piece is for sale.

Of course, you can also see the works on Dave's or Natalie's websites: lightshipsart.com and loneconephotography.com.
